[ltp] DVD Drive won't close

I'm seeing an odd problem on my T22 from time to time. I'm thinking it may 
not be Linux related, but rather firmware or perhaps mechanical. 

At times, when I try to replace a CD in my DVD/CD drive, the drive mechanism 
will not close for some reason. Rebooting fixes the problem.

Is this a firmware glitch? Software? Is it Linux related?
