[ltp] Sound configuration on a 380ED

Dunno, but you COULD insert a 'sndconfig' command in your rc.local file
'/etc/rc.d/rc.local' which is more or less like the good old 'autoexec.bat' 
from dos in that it gets run last during startup and its basically intended 
for you to be able to stick misc commands in that need to be run at every 
boot.  Actually it seems to me that 'sndconfig' DOES (or should) get run at 
every boot, though to be honest I don't recall for sure. Anyway it would 
probably fix the problem and can't really do any harm.
