[ltp] Memory upgrade

I am not sure about the 380 but the 600 and 370xl both use the f1 key.
Press and hold it until the bios screen comes up.

I had s similiar experience with installing memory in a TP600.  The memory
chips have to be pushed in, then tilted down.  I had the same errors you are
describing.
