Is the patch available elsewhere? Not to be impatient, but the web site has 
been down and I'm trying to get my thinkpad patched up and running well 
before I leave for a trip on Thursday.

I also have an unrelated question. Does anyone know of a place to purchase 
refurbished cdrom drives for a Thinkpad 600? I've seen a number of places 
that sell pulled or used drives with a DOA warranty, but haven't seen any 
refurbished drives.
