[ltp] Mandrake vs Redhat

Mandrake is based on Redhat. I've installed both and prefer Mandrake. The
big differences are Redhat uses ext3 file system and Mandrake uses ext2 but
can be converted to ext3. Mandrake appears to be easier to update and
configure versus Redhat.
