[ltp] Hearing the Mwave/ACP modem dial

I found out that if you want to be able to hear the
Mwave/ACP modem dialing, then you need to set the
"DSP input" volume up high and enable the "IEC-958
S/PDIF output".  (These are the labels displayed by
gamix, anyway.  gamix is an ALSA-compatible mixer
control panel for GNOME.)
