[ltp] Mwave/ACP modem

Just an observation ...

Start mwavem support program for modem at IRQs 3 and 10.
  Mwave/ACP modem works.
Load Xircom PCMCIA modem.  PCMCIA card services gives it IRQ3.
  MWave/ACP modem no longer works.  The mwavem program exits
  with the message "ERROR" and the driver reports "Can't grab IRQ".
  PCMCIA modem does work, however.
Unload Xircom PCMCIA modem.  (cardctl eject will do.)
  PCMCIA modem no longer works, of course.
  But Mwave/ACP modem works again.

The Mwave/ACP modem driver seems to be pretty well behaved
when it comes to resource sharing.
