[ltp] New Mwave/ACP modem driver release

It supports the chipsets found in the ThinkPad 600, 600E, and some 770
models. A Lucent modem
to support the chipsets found on some of the later models is available.

Which computers is this for?
Are we ever going to see a modem driver for the Lucent modem that is
on a number of Thinkpads?

It is now distributed in two separate packages, one for the loadable
kernel module, mwavedd, and one for the Mwave Manager, mwavem, and
associated libraries and other files. I am using the module for
kernel 2.4.0 .
My Debian initscripts for the driver are pretty well finished
and debugged at this point. Get the latest ones (updated
yesterday) at:
