[ltp] can't detect all 256 MB of RAM (RH 6.2, 2.2.14 on 770X)

Thanks to Vivek Dasmohapatra, Bob Barrett and Rob Mayoff,
I fixed my problem with your suggestions.
I used mem=254M since I have 256M and that worked fined.
Indeed I had initially tried mem=256 and it didn't boot.
