[ltp] tpctl 2.5 released

I have just released tpctl version 2.5 (for kernels 2.4.x only).
You can get it via http://sourceforge.net/projects/tpctl/ .

No big changes, but there is one not insignificant bug fix in the
driver modules.  Let me know if you have any problems.
