[ltp] TP600 and base station w/ linux, no go.

Hi all,

Has anyone gotten linux, I'm using debian, works great,
to work w/ a TP600 & the base station?
This the REAL base station thingy, the one w/ pci slots,
extra pcmcia ports, extra usb ports, speakers, and internal scsi card.
This works great in NT4.0, but not at all under linux.
I've tried an install while attached to the station,
and an install not attached, both no-go.  Kinda weird...
