[ltp] missing /proc/bus/pnp under 2.4.5

just checked - yep i have pcmcia-cs 3.1.25 installed.

But I don't think that a userspace package can maintain something in the 
/proc filesystem...

there used to be a kernel option like CONFIG_PNPBIOS 
which is not there anymore...

any ideas?
