[ltp] xfree86 4 on thinkpad t21

If anyone is running this happily in 1400x1050, can you send a copy of
your xf86config-4? Thus far I have been unable to make this work in a
manner befitting this fine machine.

Other than that running 2.4.5 + debian testing has been a lot nicer than
2.2.18 + debian potato.
