[ltp] Unexplained crashes on Thinkpad T21

It has been a while since I've used XFree 3.X. The early drivers had a
"scrolling hang" bug where the machine hung when you ran things like the
Matrix screen saver or scrolled windows too fast.....I would suggest
upgrading to XFree 4.X and using the latest driver from:
http://www.probo.com/timr/savage40.html
(4.1.0 from www.xfree.org, has the latest driver in the source tree).
Running 'X -version' should tell you which version you are using.
Also, dont forget "Option ShadowStatus" in your XF86Config-4 file.
