[ltp] APMD and Standby on the TP-T21

This would be fine......except that Fn+F3 causes a "hda: lost interrupt"
message on the syslog.
(I too use it at work with the lid closed......and use apm -s before I remove
it from the port replicator). But at home, I sometimes would like the standby
option.....where I dont have to disable the network....and stop my rsh/telnet
connections. And whether its by closing the lid or Fn+F3, I dont have that
option (unless I ignore syslog errors).
