Yes, now I recall that the previous thread was about LM Sensors. And what 
are they? Like someone else who asked, I don't have the slightest idea, and 
no one ever answered his question.

If that is found only in the 2.4 kernel then I don't have it. Suse 7.1 
install gives the option of installing the older 2.2.x and/or the 2.4 
kernel, and I installed only the older one.
