I have NTFS5 on all my multiple boot installations, along with a FAT32
partition for file systems to be shared between linux and W2K.  BTW, I
have found the ntfs (read-only) driver working with NTFS5 even with
distros which don't include it, although it has to be installed on the
fly on my rh6.2.  NTLDR has no trouble invoking LILO regardless of file
system type.
