[ltp] a21p hibernate under Linux

I've an A21m which hibernates well.

You need 'PHDISK' (I think) to create the hibernation file on the FAT32
partition. Unfortunately I can't seem to find where I put the program,
but have a look around on ibm.com/support - that's where I found it...
