[ltp] a21p hibernate under Linux

actually, the phdisk.exe i'm talking about came from the disk mentioned
by markus :(

i'm at work at the moment, but when i get home tonight/when i find a
spare moment, i'll have a proper look around, and i'll mail you a copy
if/when i find it...
