What version of X are you running? I have A21p which is using the same video card and
I'm running XFree86 4.0.2 and vlc 0.2.73. I have the problem that vlc shows only half
(the left half) image. Only the X11 video output method (vlc -V x11) shows the whole image,
but it is too slow to watch.
