[ltp] Thinkpad A21P and SDL / GLX?

Hi there,
I've got two questions regarding setup for a Thinkpad A21p. So
far, everything works fine, *except* two little things:
- (at least) aviplay doesn't get video output right. While the
window has the right size, and the video the right height - the
video width looks like it's been doubled (e.g. I can only see
the left half of the video in aviplay's window).
Since aviplay handles it's output through SDL, I suppose it's
either a fault there or in X - or, I hope, a matter of faulty
configs... ;)
(at the same time, aviplays output works on desktop machine
here).
- while the glx extension is loaded, I don't seem to get 3D
acceleration... Is 3D accelaration supported for this machine?
All my machines run on the "bleeding edge" Debian (e.g. they use
Debian unstable and are upgraded regularly).
Does anyone know of a fix for either problem (or preferably both)?
