[ltp] Lucent modem trouble on A21m

Same on my A20p. Also make sure you have the proper lines in your 
/etc/modules.conf. I've also found that after I rebuilt my kernel lt_serial 
won't load unless I do a modprobe lt_serial by hand, you may want to try 
that.
