[ltp] CD-ROM keeps spinning up

I got to think'n about this after a bit of exploring I found
autorun ... running?
try "man autorun" looks like you can make some adjustments
Red Hat 7.2 uses autorun-2.7-1 you may want to check your version before
spending very much time tweaking the system.
