[ltp] CD-RW in a TP600, anyone done this?

I've been wondering if it would be possible to install a CD-RW drive
internally or external bay into a TP600.
I'd rather use the existing IDE bus, and not go PCMCIA nor parallel, nor
usb.
Anyone ever done this ?
