Sounds like a lucent winmodem, they are quite well supported, the package I
installed was ltmodem-6.00a.tar.gz but to be honest it took some digging
around to find it and I don't recall the exact URL off the top of my head.
ftpsearch should probably dig up a copy for you. If you can't find it
anywhere else let me know and I can email you a copy, its around 500k
