[ltp] T23, RedHat 7.3, and XFree86

I've had the same problem viewing MPEG movies on a T23 and finally
solved it (Thanks to Adam Benjamin who documented the same sort of
problem on a T770E on this list in June last year)

Turns out the T23 wasn't happy with the hardware  acceleration being
attempted by SDL.  Adding the following environment variable before
starting the mpeg player, sorted it...

SDL_VIDEO_YUV_HWACCEL=0
