I had the same ( TP770X for me ).
It mens battery dead .
I bought it on www.aboutbatteries.com=20
expensive but good service and good battery
But keep your dead battery to use it when Y are on AC.
This will save your new one for times U really did it.
( Thoses batteries are dead after 300-600 charge )
