[ltp] T23 with arm soft modem

=09I have tried the ltmodem drivers. both 600c2 and later=
 versions.
=09I can load the module lt_modem.o in redhat Linux 8.0(with=
 Gcc3.x) and in debian 3.0(with gcc 2.95.4).
but ,i can never load lt_serial.o, it just return a error. And=
 when I run the check program it return that
ARM modem is not supported.
=09Where can i get a driver that can support the ARM modem?
