[ltp] IR connection for Palm in 380ED

I have a writeup of syncing palm to my 560x at

I don't know how similair the 560x and 380ed are, but I think they were 
built about the same time and the ir hardware may be the same.  I use 
redhat, so installation of the users space software may be different on 
your machine.
