[ltp] RD 7.0 on ThinkPad 600E - No Sound

I use Drake 8.1 and everything works perfectly, I had a few problems
with sound at first but turning off 'quick boot' mode in the bios fixed
that up, all you need to do is boot into windows (if you still have it)
and write the I/0 and IRQ settings from the IBM config tool thing
