[ltp] Questions about moving from Win2k to SUSE 7.3 Pro (Long)

Uuuh, well... Yes you're right; I also down the interface and
physically remove the card prior to any susp/hiber. As I only use the
wireless when I'm at home, it's just become part of my packing up the
laptop to go into work, so it's just habit now. Technically, bringing
down the pcmcia subsystem on suspend ought to do the trick, but I always
end up with rlmod having a refcount of -1 (using lsmod) whenever I do
that, after which point, I start getting kernel panics, system goes
wobbly, reboot imminent, etc...
I've had a few dialogues with Dave Koberstein about that, but that was
with RH 6.2 2.2.16 kernel, using v6.0 of his symphony drivers. I think
I need to ask again now that he's up to 7.something..
