[ltp] serial port stays quiet on TP600

Hi Rikki,

	Well, I go into the config section of the BIOS on my 570E and then find
the Serial Port option and then change it to enabled as it usually is
disabled.

	I have personally never had to use PS2.EXE at all.

	Well,you could do it using dosemu I think - although I am just wildly
guessing here.
