[ltp] RED Screen - NEW Memory ?????

Hi, Everyone;

Just installed a new 16Mb card and it IS the 
correct card and at boot, all I get is a red 
screen.  I'm pretty much stumped.  The TP360CSE 
should see it automatically, yes?  Strange to me 
but maybe someone here has had the same 
problem.  Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
