[ltp] mwavem-1.0.3 released

strangely, the ./configure script, when pointed to the 
/usr/src/linux-2.4.18-3/
Gives a warning- it complains about my kernel being linux-2.4.18-3 , while the 
sources are linux-2.4.18-3custom
(this is a default 7.3 redhat linux install on a thinkpad 600)
Then , make makes with a lot of errors
after make install
I type mwavem 
i get the error
Initializing mwave manager... Error
when i go to /directorywhere ihave sources for mwave/src/mwaved/
and try to load the kernel i get errors too.....

Maybe i should switch to debian- they seem to have buit mwavem support into 
their distros...
