[ltp] 600E sound help

I tried to get the card working after doing what was instructed in your
emails... most importantly the PCIBUSPower Disabled setting.  Then I tried
loading the drivers and got "ad1848 No ISAPNP devicces trying standard
ones."

Here is the output of my console:
