I am installing RH7.1 on a Thinkpad laptop, the install went well.
When booting up, I get:
Starting pcmcia: PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A on device =
00:02.0. Please try using pci=3Dbiosirq.
This happens for both pcmcia slots. That is the slot that has my Buffalo =
wireless pcmcia card.
Where do I make the change for 'biosirq'
PCMCIA slot 0 has a Buffalo wifi card .
The boot up sequence shows that the pci should be set to pci=3Dbiosirq
How or where do I do that.
/etc/sysconfig shows this
class:Socket
bus:PCI
detached:0
driver:yenta_socket
desc: Texas Instruments|PCI1130

SubVendorID:0000

cardctl status 0

function 0: [ready]
cardctl config 0
Vcc 5.0V Vpp1 0.0V Vpp2 0.0V
interface type is "memory and I/O"
irq 3 [exclusive] [level]
function 0:
config base 0x03e0

cardctl ident 0
product info: "MELCO", "WLI-PCM-L11", "Version 01.01, ""
manid: 0x0156, 0x0002
function: 6 (network)
Any ideas?
