[ltp] TP600+Debian problems

the sound card on my TP600E not work.
I've followed every
single instruction on every TP600 site I've found... my ThinkPad says... not
found or device busy :o(

Must I disable it ??
Must I upgrade my BIOS ??
Must I disable Quick Boot in Easy Setup also ??
