[ltp] T22 + DVD note

Just because it took me a while to figure this out, I feel the need to
post... IF you have a T22 (Savage/IX-MV) and you would like to get DVD
playback in a straightforward manner, please make sure X is set to a bit
depth of 16.

Perhaps there are ways around this with the various players.
