[ltp] Modem in Thinkpad T30

The T21's modem (I hope there is only one version) works with the 
ltmodem drivers at www.heby.de. Just be sure You are using the driver 
compiled for exactly Your distribution and kernel. I had some problems 
with RH7 and drivers 8.x, but it did work fine with drivers 6.x. With my 
current mandrake 9.0 on the same machine, it also works fine.
