Hi,

I have a thinkpad 380Z it's a 2635-JG0 with a 13.3" TFT 
screen and a Neomagic MagicMedia256AV (NM2200) video 
chipset. The sound card is a 16 bit CS4237B. 

I have loaded Mandrake 9.0 and can't get the sound to 
work!

I have tried to use sndconfig and all I get are errors. 
Has anyone got sound to work?

I have found the Thinkpad 380Z can be upgraded to a 
Pentium II 400 and have also installed a DVD drive. 
Even though IBM states these upgrades are not possible 
with this laptop!
