[ltp] Modem on A22p with RH 8.0

There does not seems to be a direct link to it.
At http://www.heby.de/ltmodem, go to Binary packages, Mandrake Germany 
or Canada, 8.22a5 (latest, not current) and finally it is the 
ltmodem-kv_2.4.19_16mdk-8.22a5-1.i586.rpm. This is for MDK9.0, built on 
my T21.
