Hello,
the keyboard is the USB for Intellistation with a built-in trackpoint
mouse with 3 buttons. It looks exactly like the thinkpad keyboard.
However, I have difficulties to run it on my desktop computer under linux
suse 8.0 with kde.
The kde/control centre/hardware info somehow sees the connected keyboard
and says:
+USB HUB with TrackPoint USB Keyboard
Bus: USB
Class:Hub
Device(spec):+USB HUB with TrackPoint USB Keyboard
Device identifier : 208909
Resources baud speed:1500000
Rev:1.23
Sub Vendor: Chicony
Vendor: IBM Corp.
Neither mouse, nor keyboard are working. I tried to configure anew the
input devices with Sax but to no avail, whatever options I tried. I hope
some of you may have used this thinkpad like keyboard and give me a hint
how to run it.
Look forward for any reply,
Boyan
