[ltp] XFree86 4.X on 760XL ... i only get a mess on screen !??

hi *,

i tried to install XFree 4.1.0 on my 760XL. and all seems to be ok
on starting. but when the Xserver comes up i only see noise at the
right border of the screen !

i also tried to reduce VideoRam in XF86Config but that doesnt
changed anything.

Anybody has experienced the same problem ?? or better : anybody got
an solution on it ???

i really despair of this problem !!
