[ltp] Using "setserial /dev/ttyS* autoconfig" without root

Dunno what distro you're using, but a script already comes with the mwavem
package..  It's called mwaved and it's in the src/mwavem/ directory..  It's
been known to run on Red Hat, SuSE, and Slackware..  Maybe others too..
