I had I similar problem with a Cyber9385. Only when I _booted_ with CRT
only, I got a higher refresh rate. I looked into the driver code and
saw that the driver will use a fixed timing that corresponds to 60 Hz
if an LCD was detected. Maybe the savage driver is doing the same.
