[ltp] R30: Right & shift doesn't work.

My R30 runs Redhat 8.0 and only sometimes freezes (with batteries)...

however, something strange is going on. In XF86Config the keyboard is set as
UK 101-key, and works fine, except that if I try and extend a selection
right, using shift+right, the cursor won't move, while shift+ctrl+right will
work as expected. This happens in any application.

Can anyone help?
