[ltp] How to wake-up T30

Hi Ben,

I tried what you mentioned below but to no avail.  Again, it does appear as
tho it is trying to wakeup, sometimes the screen even flickers, but other
than that, nada.  Also, I'm not able to switch to a virtual terminal either
(e.g. ctrt+alt+f1).
