I dont know if anyone has been to this site   http://art.gnome.org/
they have nice stuffs for those who care about the looks and feel of their 
desktop. So here are the question

1.  How do i Print off a priner on my local Lan?
2.  How do i change the Gnome foot button, more or less start button
3.  how do i install new icons?
4.  Change my trash icon?
5.  Have my terminal witout border background etc, jsut plain text on my
    desktop?


That is about all i can remember for now, and any help regarding them would
