[ltp] XMMS problem

George,
    Check the permissions on /dev/dsp and /dev/mixer. They may be rw 
only for root, not whatever user you log in as. I have my music 
collection on a server that is not my main machine, after a reboot I 
always need to chmod 666 /dev/dsp and /dev/mixer to get xmms working. 
This might not be the right way to fix the problem but it works for me.
