[ltp] USB CDRW drives?

I've got a Iomega ZipCD 650 that seems to work fine.  It's not the fastest
drive in the world, but it gets the job done.

I noticed that the drive got a lot more reliable (it used to
barf with SCSI errors when writing CDs about 1/10 of the
time - now it never does that) after I upgraded to Red Hat 9.
